The end of the week comes down to two questions: how many sessions did you deliver, and who still owes you for them. Blockday answers both from the same record. Choose how you charge — per session or monthly — and payment status sits next to every client.
Per session or monthly, set for your account
Unpaid sessions flagged on the client list
One-off extras tracked on monthly plans

In per-session mode, each session carries its own paid switch — set it when you log the session or when the money arrives. The client card counts past unpaid sessions, and the Unpaid filter lists exactly which ones, so chasing a payment starts with a date instead of a guess.
Paid switch on every session
Past unpaid count on the client card
Unpaid filter on the session history

If clients pay a monthly fee, ticking off each session is noise. In monthly mode the client list shows one switch per client for the current month. Sessions outside the fee — a drop-in, an extra — can be logged as one-off sessions with their own paid state, and the list flags any that are still unpaid.

Insights adds up the month: sessions delivered, active clients, who you saw most, and where each client stands on payment. It is built from the sessions you already logged, so there is nothing to reconcile when the month ends.
