Most of a session-based week is last week again: Monday and Wednesday at seven, a class every Thursday, a fill every other Friday. Recurring sessions put that rhythm into the calendar once, and let you change a single week without touching the rest.

Recurring is a switch on the same sheet you use for any session. Choose how often, which days of the week, and when the series ends. Before you save, Blockday tells you how many sessions it is about to create, so a mistyped end date shows up as a number, not as a cluttered calendar.

Preview of how many sessions will be created

Clients move a session, go on holiday, change their regular slot. When you edit or cancel a session that belongs to a series, Blockday asks how far the change should reach: only this session, this one and everything after it, or the whole series.

A weekly bootcamp or rehab class works the same way as a one-to-one regular. Make the group recurring, and when someone joins or leaves, choose whether that applies to one class or to every class from now on.

Yes. Open the session and switch on Make recurring. Blockday creates the rest of the series from that session onwards and shows how many sessions that will be before you confirm.
Sessions stop at the end date you set. Sessions near the end are labelled — "ends today", "last session" — so a series does not run out unnoticed.
