Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Blockday ("we", "us") collects when you use the Blockday app and website, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Business data you enter: client names, contact details, addresses, session times, payment status, and body-measurement entries you choose to record. This data belongs to you and is used only to power the scheduling and client-tracking features you use.

Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only your subscription status and billing history.

Usage data: basic technical data (device type, app version, crash logs) to help us fix bugs and keep the app reliable.

How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain the scheduling, client-management, and billing features of the app.
  • To communicate with you about your account, changes to the service, or support requests.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of the service.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Blockday: Stripe (payments) and our cloud hosting provider (application and database hosting). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Danger Zone in the app. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Children's privacy

Blockday is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
