Individual sessions

Log a client session in two taps

Most tracking apps ask for a form before they record anything. Blockday starts from the calendar: tap the hour, pick the client, and the session is logged — whether it ended a minute ago or is booked for next month.

No-shows and cancellations kept apart from sessions delivered

Logging

The calendar already knows the time

The hour you tap sets the date and start time, and your default session length fills in the rest. What is left is the client: pick them from your list, or type a new name and they are created on the spot. Duration, start minute, price and a note are there when you need them and out of the way when you do not.

Default session length set once in your preferences

Start on the hour or at :15, :30 or :45

Optional price and note on each session

Outcomes

A no-show is not a session delivered

When a session does not happen, you record why: the client did not show, it was rescheduled, or you cancelled it yourself. Each reason stays in the client’s history as its own outcome instead of disappearing, so a run of no-shows is visible before it costs you a month.

No-show, rescheduled and cancelled by you as separate outcomes

Every outcome kept in the client’s history

No-shows flagged on the client list

Past and future

Catch up on last week, or plan next month

Swipe to any day and log there. Most sessions get logged in the room as they end, but back-filling a busy week and booking a client three weeks out work exactly the same way. Clients who come at the same time every week can be set up once as a recurring series.

Common questions

Only your profession, working hours, default session length and how you charge, which the first screen asks for. There are no services or packages to configure, and a client is created the first time you type their name.

Yes. Blockday runs in any mobile browser and installs to your home screen like an app, on Android and iPhone. Saving a session needs a connection.

Up to five active clients, with the full calendar and complete session history, for free and with no time limit. Pro removes the client limit and adds group sessions, recurring sessions and payment tracking.
